How often do flowers arrive?

About once a quarter, on a day she doesn't expect. Billing can be monthly, quarterly, or yearly. That does not mean a delivery every month.

What’s the difference between Classic, Plus, and Deluxe?

Arrangement quality and size only. Same surprise cadence on every plan, about one delivery per quarter.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Email support@justbecause.io anytime. No contract, no cancel fee.

Who prepares the flowers?

A local florist near her. We don’t warehouse flowers.
